  • Bookings are highly recommended, but walk-ins are always welcome – so grab that special group of friends to celebrate, sip and share.

  • All bookings are strictly 2 hours. We kindly ask that the table is returned after this time to accomodate other guests.

    If you would prefer to linger longer, we suggest booking a function package for guaranteed 3+ hours of uninterrupted enjoyment.

  • We recommend all groups of 10 or more guests to contact us directly through our functions page.

  • Pavilion Mooloolaba does not host celebrations for minors, 18th or 21st Birthdays. Please be advised, aligned with our T&C’s Pavilion reserves the right to refuse any reservation, we believe to be of this nature, without notice.

  • Pavilion Mooloolaba's dress code is smart casual. We are flexible on this during the day and in quieter periods. However stricter when busy and at night. If in doubt, dress up, or you may be refused:

    Attire
    Men are asked to wear collared shirts or neat T-shirts.

    No sportswear brands or athletic wear including baseball hats, sweatpants and hoodies.

    Please ensure appropriate footwear is worn. Thongs are not permitted.

    Costumes
    Costumes are not allowed.

    Tattoo Policy
    Pavilion prohibits tattoos that may be considered offensive.
    Head and face tattoos are not permitted unless they hold cultural significance.

  • We do cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian, however we can not guarantee our kitchen is Celiac friendly.

  • We have our resident DJ’s Friday – Sunday. Please keep an eye out on our ‘what’s on’ pages and follow us on our socials.

  • The Pavilion is very much a kid friendly venue throughout Monday to Thursday and during lunch periods over the weekend. We have an excellent children’s menus on offer. We also provide children's packs and high chairs upon request.

    On the weekends and special events when the volume of foot traffic increases in the venue, it shifts from a sit-down family style to a high volume stand up crowded venue. We can’t guarantee minors entry after 7pm during these busy times.

    All minors must be accompanied by their parents or an appropriate adult at manager discretion. One adult per every three minors.

  • Due to being a restaurant we don’t allow animals in venue, we only allow certified Service animals.

  • Pavilion Mooloolaba doesn’t allow any balloons or confetti onsite as we are positioned on the ocean and we want to take care of the surrounding environment and these decorations seem to have a mind of their own. If you’re looking to make your table special, please feel free to bring along florals for the center of the tables.

  • We are happy for you to bring along a birthday cake for a celebration however no exceptions will be made outside of this. We have a full food and beverage menu available to all customers.

  • There are 200+ car spaces available directly below us in the Mantra International underground parking. This can be entered off Venning Street under the Mooloolaba Coles. The venue can be directly accessed via the elevator in the car park selecting level 1.
